Throughout spring and summer, thousands of honeybees visit blossoms in Monmouth County, gathering nectar that becomes the small-batch honey you’ll enjoy at home.

Back at our Honey House in Tinton Falls, Mary  and Ed carefully extract, strain, and bottle each harvest while preserving the natural qualities that make every season unique.
