Our local small batch NJ Spring Wildflower Honey is a lovely honey made by our honeybees from the nectar of trees and flowers including Maple, Apple, Willow, Dandelion, Wild Strawberry, Lupine, Crimson Clover, Locust, Holly, and Tulip Trees from April to early July.
This is the honey that reflects the spirit of a New Jersey spring — bright, floral, and full of the season’s first sweetness. In Tinton Falls, as the weather gets warmer and flowers bloom, bees collect nectar from various locations. Each drop they bring home carries a little piece of spring’s renewal.

Curbside Pickup for our NJ Spring Wildflower Honey
We’re happy to offer curbside pickup at our Tinton Falls Honey House. While we don’t have a walk-in storefront, placing an order online is easy—once you enter your name and address at checkout, the Local Pickup option will appear to the right. Select it, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, your honey will be set out in front of the Honey House with your name on a Post-it for quick, convenient pickup.
For local order curbside pickups, we use a 1lb. Classic Glass Honey Jar for our NJ Spring Wildflower Honey. When shipping 1lb. Honey Jars we substitute the PET Plastic 1LB Jars.
Honey and Infants Warning: Pure raw honey should not be consumed by infants less than one year of age.
