At E&M Gold Beekeepers, our local small batch New Jersey Summer Wildflower Honey captures the full warmth and abundance of the warm season—from the first days of July through mid-August here in Tinton Falls (07724). During these sunny weeks, our honeybees explore local meadows, hedgerows, gardens, and stream edges, collecting nectar from the trees and flowers that embody a true Jersey Shore summer.
You’ll taste hints of the blooms our bees know best: Basswood, white and sweet clovers, sumac, dogbane, privet, and the beautifully fragrant sweet pepper bush that fills the woods and wetlands in late July. As summer deepens, they turn to Spanish needle, rose and swamp mallow, motherwort, and horsemint nectar, each one adding its own note to this naturally blended honey.

Curbside Pickup for our NJ Summer Wildflower Honey
We’re happy to offer curbside pickup at our Tinton Falls Honey House. While we don’t have a walk-in storefront, placing an order online is easy—once you enter your name and address at checkout, the Local Pickup option will appear to the right. Select it, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, your honey will be set out in front of the Honey House with your name on a Post-it for quick, convenient pickup.
For local order curbside pickups, we use a 1lb. Classic Glass Honey Jar for our Summer Wildflower Honey. When shipping 1lb. Honey Jars we substitute the PET Plastic 1LB Jars.
Honey and Infants Warning: Pure raw honey should not be consumed by infants less than one year of age.
