At E&M Gold Beekeepers, every jar of honey, every candle, and every favor is made with care at our Honey House in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
We’re proud to offer products that are handcrafted, small-batch, and rooted in quality — and we want every customer to be happy with their order.
Honey and Honey Favors
Because our honey and honey favors are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once they leave our Honey House.
This policy ensures the safety, purity, and freshness of every jar that reaches our customers.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Beeswax Candles and Honey Soaps
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused beeswax candles and unused honey soaps within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
To begin a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, name, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll reply promptly with return instructions.
Honey Gift Boxes
Because our Honey Gift Boxes include edible items, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or other resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please send us a quick email within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (if applicable)
- A short description of what happened
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
